Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hung

Chairman of BOD

Mr. Hung is responsible for investment in infrastructure. With his extensive experience in the field of project management, under his leadership, TCD has expanding construction activities from infrastructure projects to real estate and renewable energy. He also has experience in the financial services and M&A.

Prior to Tracodi, Hung was the CEO of Sacombank Securities, where he was responsible for overall operations, strategy and investments of the Company. Prior to that, he was head of distribution of Saigon Portel company, one of the leading company in the field.

Mr. Hung received his Bachelor of Arts of Linguistics in English from Ho Chi Minh University of Social Sciences and Humanities and Bachelor of Finance from Ho Chi Minh University of Economics (Vietnam).

Mr. Pham Dang Khoa

He has more than 10 years of experience in corporate governance and extensive experience in renewable energy field. He currently is COO in charge of Business Development and Project Legal in BCG Energy and CEO of Hanwha BCGE O&M Limited Liability Company. He has joined Tracodi since April 2022.
Khoa received a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) and a Bachelor of Finance from San Jose State University, California - USA.
 
Mr. Bui Thien Phuong Dong

Dong has more than 20 years working in the construction field and held many executive positions including Construction investment project manager, Planning design manager - construction design, construction of high-rise and technical infrastructure projects manager, operation and exploitation of road transport project manager before joining Tracodi as CEO on August 3, 2020.
Graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from University of Technology, Ho Chi Minh City
Ms. Huynh Thi Kim Tuyen

Tuyen has extensive experience in the field of Accounting, Finance and Auditing. Tuyen has worked at Tracodi for more than 20 years, where Tuyen intensely understands the company’s operation. Tuyen has solid understanding of the company and ability to analyze and assess business aspects of the company. 
Graduated with a Diploma in Accounting, Certificates in Corporate Governance and Working Capital Management Strategy

Mr. Nguyen Van Bac

Bac has joined the company since its early establishment as accountant and has a sound contribution to the development of the Company. With extensive experience in the Accounting and Finance, he was appointed as Chief Accountant of Tracodi Construction Holdings Joint Stock Company in 2020. 
Bac is responsible for the accounting and financial activities of the company and its members. Also he is responsible for financial analysis and forecasting, gives advices to the Board of Management to enhance the efficiency of accounting and financial function.
He was born in 1975, received his Bachelor's degree of Accounting from University of Economics, Ho Chi Minh City.
Mr. Le Thanh Tung

Tung has more than 5 years of experience in business strategy and held management roles at multinational corporations in the international and the local market.
Tung joined Bamboo Capital Group since 2021 and has officially joined Tracodi since April 2023 as member of the Board of Directors. Tung currently holds positions at other companies such as: Independent Board member at BCG Energy JSC, Board member at Tipharco Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, member of Supervisory Board at AAA Insurance Joint Stock Company.
Tung graduated with Honors Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and PhD in Financial Investment from Middlesex University, London, United Kingdom.
