HNX - Decision on stock under trading restriction and Notice on stock status

(1) Decision on stock under trading restriction 
Following Decision No. 973/QD-SGDHN dated July 20, 2026, HNX announces the following stock under trading restriction as follow:
- Issuer: Tracodi Construction Holdings Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: TCD
- Basis for consideration: Audited Financial Statements 2025 and Decision No. 590/QD-SGDHCM dated July 8, 2026 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange on delisting of TCD stock
- Reason: The Company was forced into delisting as the auditor gave disclaimer of opinions to the Financial Statements 2025.
- Trading restriction: Trading is only available every Fridays
- Applicable regulation: Point c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on Registration and Management of Trading of Unlisted Securities issued together with Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated March 18, 2026 by the Members’ Council of the Vietnam Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date the shares are placed under trading restrictions pursuant to this Decision, Tracodi Construction Holdings Joint Stock Company shall submit to the Hanoi Stock Exchange a written explanation on the reasons and provide remedies.

(2) Notice on stock status
On July 20, 2026, HNX announces the status of Tracodi Construction Holdings JSC's shares (stock code: TCD) as follows: TCD shares are under trading restriction from July 24, 2026 under Decision No. 973/QD-SGDHN dated July 20, 2026 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange as the Company was forced into delisting as the auditor gave disclaimer of opinions on the Company’s Financial Statements 2025 as prescribed under Point c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated March 18, 2026 by the Vietnam Exchange.
