Decision on the change of listing
On August 02, 2017, HOSE issued Decision No.277/QD-SGDHCM to allow Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company (securities code: TCD) to change the listing as follows:
- Number of shares before additional listing: 32,485,000 shares
- Additional volume: 1,949,034 shares
- Total additional value (based on par value): VND19,490,340,000
- Number of shares after additional listing: 34,434,034 shares
- Total value after additional listing: VND344,340,340,000
- Effective date of the listing license: August 14, 2015
- Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to the 2016 dividend payment.
