TCD: Board resolution on the increase in the Charter Capital
According to the Board resolution dated September 16, 2020, the Board of Directors of Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company approved to register to raise the Company’s charter capital after issuing shares to pay dividends for 2019 and issuing shares for the employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) by 49,922,200,000 dongs to 472,945,900,000 dongs, equivalent to 47,294,590 shares.
