On July 30, 2018, VSD issued Announcement No. 1113/TB-CNVSD and on July 31, 2018, HOSE issued Announcement No.1011/TB-SGDHCM on the record date for 2017 stock dividend of Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company as follows:

-  Ex-right date: August 08, 2018   
-   Record date:  August 09, 2018   

1) Reason & Purpose: to pay stock dividend for 2017.
2) Contents:

-  Exercise ratio: 10% (Shareholders are entitled to have 10 new shares for every 100 shares owned.)
-  Estimated issue volume: 3,443,403 shares
-  Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.
-  For example: At the record date, shareholder A owned 311 shares. With 10% performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 311 * 10% = 31.1 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receives 31 new shares. The fractional shares of 0.1 will be cancelled.
-   Place of payment:
      + Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares     have been deposited.
      + Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company.
