Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company announced personnel change as follows:

-          Mr. Nguyen Ho Nam was appointed as Chairman of the BOD in the term 2013-2018.

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Dang Trung Kien as Chairman of the BOD in the term 2013-2018.

-          Mr. Dang Trung Kien was appointed as Deputy Chairman of the BOD in the term 2013-2018.

-          Mr. Nguyen Ho Nam was appointed as the Legal representative.

-          Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hung was appointed as CEO.
