Ông Nguyễn Hồ Nam – Chủ tịch Tập đoàn BCG tham dự hội nghị với vai trò là một trong những diễn giả chính đồng hành cùng với hơn 30 diễn giả trong ngành và hơn 250 giám đốc điều hành cấp cao đến từ các quốc gia Mỹ, Anh, Đức, Trung Quốc, Malaysia, Philippines, Thái Lan, Hàn Quốc, Nhật Bản, Singapore… Tại hội nghị, Ông Nam đã chia sẻ kinh nghiệm phát triển năng lượng tái tạo tại thị trường Việt Nam. Đồng thời, ông cũng muốn tìm hiểu thêm về các giải pháp năng lượng gió trên bờ và ngoài khơi tiên tiến nhất hiện nay về phương thức phát triển nhằm tối ưu hóa khả năng và thời gian triển khai cho các dự án của Tập đoàn.
Mr. Nguyen Ho Nam – Chairman of BCG attended the conference as one of the key speakers. Accompany with Mr.Nam, there are more than 30 speakers and more than 250 senior executives currently working in the industry from American countries, England, Germany, China, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Korea, Japan, Singapore,… At the conference, Mr. Nam shared his experience in developing renewable energy in Vietnam market. At the same time, he also wants to look for today’s most advanced onshore and offshore wind energy solutions about the development methods to optimize the capacity and deployment time for the Group’s projects.
BCG is considered as one of the pioneers in the renewable energy sector in Vietnam. On the 28th October, BCG signed a cooperation agreement with Japan Asia Investment Co., Ltd. (JAIC), whereby JAIC will invest USD 5 million for upcoming rooftop solar projects of Nong Thon Viet Energy Company, a subsidiary of BCG.
In 2019, BCG Energy JSC – a member company of BCG operating in the renewable energy segment has successfully deployed and put into commercial operation two solar plants called BCG-CME Long An 1 and 2 in Long An province with a total capacity of 140MW. Besides, BCG Energy is actively completing legal procedures to implement other renewable energy projects including: solar energy in Long An, Ben Tre and wind energy in Soc Trang. BCG Energy sets a target by 2025, the company’s portfolio of renewable energy projects will be deployed up to 2GW.
